Eligibility & Requirements
You need a valid driver's license in your name, a credit or debit card in the same name, and proof of your own auto insurance — all three shown at pickup. Any additional driver has to bring the same three and meet the same age requirement. Out-of-state licenses are fine; if yours is from outside the US, call us before you send a request.
Insurance
You rent on your own auto policy — we don't sell coverage here. Bring the insurance card, or a photo of it, and you can attach it to your request to save a step at the counter. If you're visiting and don't have a US auto policy, call before you send a request: we'll tell you straight whether it works for your trip, instead of letting you find out at the counter.
Security Deposit & Payment
A refundable security deposit is held at pickup and released after the vehicle is returned in good condition. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Fuel & Mileage
Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pickup. Most rentals include a daily mileage allowance — ask us about your planned trip so we can help.
Cancellations & Changes
If your plans change, contact us as early as possible so we can adjust or cancel your reservation. Specific terms for changes and cancellations are outlined in your rental agreement.
Vehicle Care & Liability
Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including returning it clean and undamaged. Please report any incident or issue to us promptly. Full responsibility terms are set out in your rental agreement.
